Hello;

I have a platform for monitoring an SDH transmission network. It consists of two redundant servers each server manages three redundant VMs too. So we have redundancy at the server and VM level. A VM has been deleted and I can not restore it. This VM contains an IP address and the ping no longer works. The question is, how can I render or create another VM and what are the commands that I should use (Java script, ......) ???? for your information these VMs are based on a Linux.6 RedHat system. Thank you

it seems that you need to recreate the missing VM in your SDH transmission network. To do this, you will need to follow these general steps:

1. Identify the specifications of the missing VM: You will need to know the details of the missing VM, such as the operating system, CPU, memory, disk space, and any other relevant information.

2. Choose a virtualization platform: You will need to choose a virtualization platform that is compatible with your SDH transmission network. Some virtualization platforms that support Red Hat Linux include VMware, VirtualBox, and KVM.

3. Create a new VM: Using the chosen virtualization platform, you can create a new VM with the same or similar specifications as the missing VM. The specific steps for creating a new VM will vary depending on the virtualization platform being used.

4. Install the operating system: Once the new VM has been created, you will need to install the operating system on it. You can use the same operating system as the missing VM, or a different version of the same operating system.

5. Configure the network settings: After installing the operating system, you will need to configure the network settings for the new VM. This includes assigning it an IP address, subnet mask, default gateway, and any other relevant network settings.

6. Test the new VM: Once the new VM has been created and configured, you can test it by pinging it from another device on the network.

As for the specific commands to use, the exact commands will depend on the virtualization platform being used and the specific details of the missing VM. You may need to consult the documentation for your virtualization platform and the operating system being used to determine the appropriate commands.

It's important to note that recreating a missing VM is a complex process and requires a good understanding of virtualization and networking. If you're not familiar with these technologies, it may be best to seek the assistance of a qualified IT professional.
