Write a Python program that receive an input from the user and detect if there is an "Israel" word at it will replace it with "Palestine", and print it again with the new replacement. In addition, if there is not "Israel" print the same as it entered. Make sure to check "Israel" with any case of any letter in even if there is any of them is lower or capital letter
